Terms of Service

1. Purpose of Treatment

Our treatments are based on Eastern medicine to restore balance and wellness. Please note that these are not medical acts (diagnosis or cure) and do not guarantee a complete cure for specific diseases.

2. Appointments & Arrival

• THERACUA is by appointment only.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment (20 minutes for your first visit).
  If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent
  appointments.

3. Cancellation Policy

We reserve a private room and staff specifically for each patient. Therefore, the following fees apply:

• Same-day cancellation or No-show: 100% of the treatment fee.

• Cancellations made by the end of the previous business day: No charge.

• Note: The 100% fee applies regardless of the reason for same-day cancellations.

4. Payment Method

We are a Cash-Free salon. We do not accept cash payments.

• Accepted: Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners), IC Cards, and QR code payments.

5. Appointments for International Patients

Consultations and treatments are provided in English. However, appointments for international patients must be made by phone only.　0334914589

6. Medical Expense Deduction

Acupuncture fees at our clinic are eligible for medical expense deductions in Japan. Please keep your receipts safe, as we cannot re-issue them.

7. Prohibited Acts

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in the following cases:

• Any form of harassment, defamation, or threatening behavior toward staff or other patients.

• If we determine that treatment is unsuitable due to fever, intoxication, or serious medical conditions.
